The breakfast with absolutely Muslim meal and soggy toast and bacon was incredible. All the employees were superfriendly and extremely polite and smiled at me.

Absolutely exceptional staff always at service. Great, pleasant location adjacent to the restaurant or bar, London Tower, and center.- Super close walk to a Middlesex Street market.

We had a great 3-night stay at this beautifully designed hotel with tidy rooms, friendly staff, and an amazing location near a tube stop, plus the convenience of a 24-hour breakfast restaurant.

Conveniently located next to the tube station, with easy access to shops and supermarkets. Well-equipped, spotlessly clean rooms and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The shower was enjoyable. 

We enjoyed rooms with a good view. The location was incredible and brilliant, for example, Surprise was not very far from the hotel. It also was to tower bridge.
